90 day Bible study going to try to post every days remarks and weight to try to keep myself accountable. It is a study about heart and overall health, both physical, spiritual, and emotional. I am trying to do what everyone else is doing, loss weight get cholesterol down, or rather HDL up, better bp control, wieght loss, spirtual health, etc.
So if you are reading this feel free to comment on what I say (I will post the chapter I read for the day and what I thought about it, you would have to read it for yourself)
I may also put anyother things going on like this, such as progress with trying to eat more healthy, and all that.
